The Jefferson County R.J. Bailar Public Library (JCPL) provides an outstanding collection of books, ebooks, DVDs and other media for free to library cardholders. Public access computers, printing services, wireless Internet, interlibrary loan, literacy help, research and homework assistance, academic support, community meeting space and social services are all accessible at the library.
- Library cards are free to Jefferson County residents and employees (with verification)
- Library cards are $30 annually for visitors from outside the county.
- Tourists and visitors may use the Internet without charge.
